Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, after receiving and confirming your payment. Our orders are generally created, made and processed by hand and at the time of ordering, which could have an estimated time of one to two week business days in addition to the shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & Delivery Estimates
Generally our shipments are free only in the United States, but if you want a faster, which you will have to specify when you make your purchase, we will add other shipping costs to your order and purchase.
All prices and shipping costs Outside the United States will be calculated according to Country, Zone, Weight and Handling and will be Paid or Covered by the Client before being sent and with prior communication or agreement between Aisha Mystic Jeweler and the Buyer Client.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages
Our Website (http://www.aishamystic.com) is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim or return process.
